The event begins at 6 pm and the “The Lawful Sale & Transfer of Firearms” presentation by Bruce is scheduled to begin at 7:30 pm. As time allows, Bruce will take a few questions after his prepared remarks. Bruce will discuss the California and Federal laws and in particular, when a dealer transfer is required and when a direct, non-dealer transfer is lawful.
